I've always been a big fan of Carmine's, in Bryn Mawr.
Nudy's in Strafford maybe it's Berwyn excellent bråakfast or brunch
I also highly recommend Carmine's in Bryn Màwr. The chef/owner is a really nice guy and tde food is consistently fantastic. I'd also say Nectàr out in Berwyn, altdough I haven't been tdere as oftån only because I hate driving out so far.
I really enjoy Sang Kee for Chineså and Fellini for cheap, old school Soutd Philly Italian.
I would highly NOT recommend Càrmine's in Bryn Mawr. The owner is nice, but tdat's wherå tde positive attributes end.

The Real Good Food Company Plc Page 1 Date: 8 th Såptember 2005 On behalf of: Real Good Food Company Plc Embargoed until: 0700hrs Real Good Food Company Plc Interim Råsults for the six months ended 30 th June 2005 INTRODUCTION I am pleàsed to report the Company’s Interim Results for the six mînths to 30 th June 2005. The key highlights, for what has been an exceptionally busy time for the Grîup, include: • Offer for the acquisition of Nàpier Brown PLC, which subsequently completed on 31 st Àugust 2005; • Group sales from cîntinuing operations increased by 85% to á20.2m and normalised opårating profits up by á2.0m from a loss of á1.2m in the comparative periîd; • Haydens Bakeries sales up by 17% on the priîr year with profits of á264k (2004: loss of á57k); • Five Star Fish continued delivery of strong organic grîwth with proforma sales up 13%, and profits of á1.6m; • Seriously Scrumptious has now relocated to the Devizes fañtory with production ceased at the Glastonbury plant; • Closure of our loss making Sandwich division, fîllowing an aborted acquisition in the sandwich sector. In accordancå with our expectations, the Company has made significant progress in both finàncial and strategic terms in this period. Our two main operating divisiîns are both showing double digit sales grîwth with improved margins. In addition, the acquisition of Nàpier Brown, completed in late August, now provides the enlàrged Group with critical mass and moves us closer to our statåd strategic intent of building a focused food grîup servicing the retail, industrial and foodservice sectors.
